Heidelberg Binder
Our automated stitching line binds up to 100 books every single minute. This cool video shows the process of gathering sections onto the ‘saddle’, moving these through to be ‘stitched’ before being trimmed, stacked and neatly boxed. For that added luxury ask about our gold and copper wire options.
Zund flatbed cutter
It’s easy to get mesmerised by the speed of this flat-bed CAD-cutter that effortlessly and precisely cuts any shape. It also has a routing tool and creasing wheel that’s perfect for assembling boxes and cutting up to 10mm thick.
Design Studio
From exhibition displays, bespoke POS, to branding, adverts and brochure layouts, our dedicated design team are like children in a sweet shop. Being based so close to the action they have the added bonus of being able to proof, prototype and test their creative ideas and tweak them to perfection.
Small but mighty – Quality print without compromise
Smaller in size than our litho and purpose built for small-runs, this industry leading HP Indigo digital packs a mighty punch when it comes to quality and versatility. This press replicates the exact colour precision quality of litho print, providing a fast and cost effective solution for short runs, as well as printing special effects, personalisation and variable data projects. With breakthrough technology this press can also print on a range of substrates, and there’s more to our digital offering thanks to our Versafire press that is ideal for printing coated stocks, as well as mailings and bespoke cards and envelope printing.
Proofing and Platemaking
Anything printed on our litho press has a set of printing plates which are made in-house. We are continually investing in green solutions and our used plates are no exception, as after recycling they are either reused as new plates or sold on to the motor and construction industries. The chemicals that develop the plates are also collected and converted into non-hazardous chemicals with 95% of the waste recycled to a useable material.

In a busy world we know you want your print asap, which is why our Low-Energy UV (LEUV) press is so amazing, as it whizzes out 18,000 sheets an hour and with thanks to its instant ink drying technology these sheets are then immediately ready for finishing.
Hand Finishing
Our cutting-edge machines can only go so far, sometimes that personal touch is required to complete multi-part assembly. This is where our dedicated hand finishing team add their finesse to transform individual printed pieces into something truly special.
